Logobama does not wish to receive confidential or proprietary information from you. You agree that any material, information, or data you use to create your Logobama (each a “Submission” or collectively “Submissions”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. For all Submissions, (1) you guarantee to us that you have the legal right to post the Submission and that it will not violate any law or the rights of any person or entity, and (2) you give Logobama the royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, distribute, display and create derivative works from the Submission, in any and all media, in any manner, in whole or in part, without any restriction or responsibilities to you.

All Logobamas created on Logobama.com will be added to the Logobama gallery. It can take up to 72 hours for Logobamas to move from the queue to the gallery. Logobama reserves the right to remove any inappropriate logos generated on Logobama.com. Logobama does not store any individually uploaded photos or content used in creating a Logobama logo. All Logobama logos (minus any that are deleted due to inappropriate content) are stored in our Logobama Gallery. If there is a specific Logobama you find offensive, mis-tagged, or request to be removed, please leave a comment on that Logobama’s page to notify us.

While we don’t require you to credit Logobama.com in the creation of your individual Obama logo, we’d appreciate a link or reference to Logobama.com in order to encourage others to create their own personalized logo. We thank you for the link.
